"Damaged Item, and It Felt Like They Were Dodging Me"
My order showed up damaged, trying to deal with Tepperman’s afterward felt like some kind of runaround by design. I kept getting passed from one person to another, waiting way too long for basic answers, and nobody seemed to actually want to fix the problem. All I wanted was a replacement or a proper solution without having to chase them constantly. It made me wonder if they make it this frustrating on purpose so people just give up. Super disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again
"Delivery was a complete headache"
I ordered from Tepperman’s thinking it would show up last week. Nope. Then it got pushed back. Then pushed back again. And nobody really seemed to know what was going on when I asked. I ended up having to keep calling just to get any kind of update, which got old fast. The item itself is fine, no issue there. But the delivery timing was so frustrating. If I need something by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I stopped in just wanting a little help picking out a couch, nothing complicated. I had a few basic questions, but the sales staff acted like I was interrupting their day. One person basically pointed across the store and disappeared, and after that no one checked back in with us.
Look, I know stores get busy and people have off days. But honestly? It was irritating. We felt more like a problem than customers, so we left without buying anything and I’m not in a rush to go back.

I stopped in and was kind of surprised by how dusty and messy everything felt, especially around the furniture displays. I wasn’t sure if they were rearranging things or just hadn’t cleaned up in a while, but it made the visit feel uncomfortable.

I ordered something from teppermans.com because it clearly showed as available online, so I figured everything was good. Then after waiting around, I got told it actually wasn’t available after all. Like… what a joke.
I understand stock can change, but if you don’t have the item, don’t let people go through the whole process of buying it. It just wasted my time, and now I have to start looking somewhere else. Frustrating experience.

The whole financing process felt way more confusing than it needed to be. It kind of works when it wants to, and when it doesn’t, you’re just left trying to figure out what’s going on. For me, it wasn’t worth the hassle...

"Maybe I Expected Too Much, But the Install Was a Headache"
The delivery itself was fine, so maybe I’m being too picky, but the installation really didn’t go well. The guy showed up late, didn’t have the right parts with him, and then left without actually getting everything set up properly. I had to call twice just to get another appointment scheduled. I thought this would make things easier, but it ended up being way more hassle than I expected.

I bought a sofa from here what a joke. It felt okay at first, but after like two days it turned into an uncomfortable lump. I don’t know who designed this thing, but they clearly weren’t thinking about actual humans sitting on it.

I don’t usually mind returns if the process is straightforward, but this one was a headache compared to other places I’ve ordered from. I kept getting passed around, replies took forever, and the exchange options weren’t explained very clearly. I found out the hard way that the warranty wasn’t as useful as it sounded. Based on what I was told, I expected my issue to be covered, but when I actually tried to use it, they said it didn’t qualify. After going through the process, it felt like a waste of time.

Not gonna lie, I’m disappointed with the fridge I bought from Tepperman’s. I’ve only had it for a few months and it’s already giving me issues. The freezer keeps frosting up, and the fridge side doesn’t seem to stay as cold as it should. For what I paid, I really expected it to be more reliable. It’s been frustrating to deal with this so soon.

I ordered a couch and then basically heard nothing for days. The delivery window kept changing and no one ever called me back. I had to keep chasing them every single time just to find out what was going on.

My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that. But compared to other deliveries I’ve had where the crew was a little more friendly and helpful, this one felt rushed. They barely said much, and one of the guys came off a bit rude when I asked about the setup. The product itself is fine, just wish the delivery experience had been better.

I ordered from Tepperman’s and, i don’t remember every little detail now, but I definitely remember the delivery being late and the tracking not really updating. I kept checking for some kind of clear information and ended up having to contact customer service more than once. Each time, I felt like I got a slightly different answer, which just made things more confusing. Maybe there were parts of the process that went fine and I’ve forgotten them, but the part that stuck with me was having to keep chasing for answers and still not getting a clear fix. I was trying to get a quick update on my Tepperman’s order and felt like I was chasing them while already short on time. I called more than once, sat on hold forever, and my emails just seemed to go nowhere with no actual update.
When someone finally did get back to me, the reply didn’t even answer what I asked. It was really frustrating because I had already paid and just needed basic information. I wouldn’t order online again.

I bought a sofa from Tepperman’s and overall it’s been fine. My quick gut check is usually, “Does it look good and feel worth what I paid?” and on that front, it mostly passes. It looks nice in the room, which makes me feel better about it right away, but the cushions are a bit softer than I pictured and one seam looks slightly uneven. Not a big deal, just something I noticed. I wouldn’t call it amazing, but for the price, it’s decent. I’m using the cost as kind of my benchmark here, so I’m not expecting luxury, but I am a little unsure how well it’ll hold up over time

I had an issue with my order trying to get it sorted out just put me in a bad mood. I kept calling, waiting around, and still never really got a clear answer. It felt like everyone was passing it off instead of actually taking responsibility. By the end of it, I was just annoyed and done. I wouldn’t shop here again.

I ordered a sofa set from teppermans.com, and when it finally showed up, it wasn’t even the one I picked online. The color was wrong, and one of the pieces looked like a completely different model, so I was already frustrated.
I called customer service, and this is where it got annoying. They made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal, but I’m still waiting for someone to actually fix it. When you spend that much money, you expect the order to at least be correct
